This is the time of year where we come together and, perhaps with the right recipes, we can show our loved ones that veganism isn't just about helping animals - it's about eating delicious foods too.

Lynn and Daniel from Vanderlust Journey
We are Lynn and Daniel, a luxembourgish-french couple, sharing two big passions: travel and a vegan lifestyle. On our blog (VanderlustJourney.com), we aim to combine both of them.
The idea for our blog was born in 2023 during the planning of a trip to Madeira. As we searched for vegan options on the island, we realized there wasn’t much information available. That’s when we thought, Why not share our first-hand experiences with others? And so, VanderlustJourney was born!
We’ve both been vegan for several years now, and it’s hands down the best decision we’ve ever made. Being vegan allows us to live in alignment with our values, making a conscious choice every day to avoid harming other living beings. It also has transformed our approach to cooking and opened a whole new world of ingredients and flavours to us. Our goal is to show others how accessible and fulfilling a vegan lifestyle can be, no matter where you are in the world. It has been an incredible journey so far and we are excited to keep exploring and sharing our adventures.
Since we both work full-time jobs, we try to use the time in between travels to create meaningful content. To celebrate the end-of-year holidays, we released a free e-book with 24 vegan, festive recipes inspired by dishes from around the world.
Christmas, which is often seen as a time of togetherness and love, can feel bittersweet for vegans, given how many animals suffer during the season. That’s why it was especially important for us to offer delicious plant-based options that everyone can enjoy.
